Background

Having been involved in the hospitality market in the past and observed the way it works, we had enough of sky-high yearly license costs, support contracts, upgrade costs, migration costs (and the list could go on!) so we decided to approach this from a fresh angle: our software is free! And it is based on free / open-source tehnologies so your TCO will be pretty much the cost of the hardware you decide to run it on (and for our average client that is the cost of a PC — which by the way, doesn’t have to run Windows either as our software operates on all platforms — including Mac and Linux). Of course for those clients with a larger infrastructure we can configure our software to make use of it, without the need for you to install new servers/databases/etc — and therefore without the need for new license costs.

Vision

And just because our software is free doesn’t mean it is no good — by providing it freely to the hospitality sector we expect our users to provide us feedback on features and improvements that we need to add to it; so if you are considering downloading our software and using it to manage your hotel / guesthouse / Bed-and-Breakfast we would like you to get in touch with us so we can help you with any issues you might have running it or to capture any feedback you might have on using it.
